Pure Grenache, Minervois, Domaine Malys-Anne

Pure Grenache is made of 100% of Grenache, from vines aged 72 years-old who only produce 20hl per hectare. It is produced by Malys-Anne, our Minervois producer, to value its vintage in a innovative way. The harvest is manual, sorted on site. A very simplified winemaking and a 45-day maceration accompanied by a twice-daily punching allows extraordinary extraction of candied red fruit flavors and cooked cocoa, honey, figs. Its color is dense, his mouth is round, powerful and very long, the tannins are very silky. Very little filtered, this wine is a pure and authentic wine. Very good with foie gras and chocolate desserts.
